We live in Holderness, NH, a small town that lies halfway in the Pemigewasset River basin and halfway in the watershed for Squam Lake (otherwise known as Golden Pond after the movie of the same name).
I am a retired college teacher and ecologist. Eleanor was the Christian Education Coordinator at the Plymouth Congregational Church, UCC and also a teacher of English as a Second Language. She has also retired and is now involved in Hospice and the NH Master Gardener program.
